That’s pretty normal, sometimes transactions can be quicker or take longer depending on MM availability at the time and the type of game, but rest assured an MM will join a normal request when available.

Keep in mind, If it's an IOs game that is listed in the "Not all MM accept" section in the first chat message, and a MM does not claim within another 24 hours, I recommend canceling.

alright ty for info, i'll wait, its for lost ark so I dont think the IOs part is a problem
