MM fee payment error

Hello,

I just opened a TG transaction and tried to pay the MM fee but it won't let me saying I am using a VPN or Proxy. All my VPN are off and I even turned off extensions like Malwarebytes who could be the problem.
I am using Google Chrome on Win 10.

Please disabled any proxies, VPN or privacy software when making a payment. Those types of blocks cannot be removed, sorry.
