Other information: hes blaming me for his lackness and stupidity on "TRADING SYSTEM" violating my term and agreement as Middleman plus giving me negative feedback for NO REASON ! even the buyer who PAID ME can fully understand that was HIS MISTAKE !

(the agreement is that the payment is final and no refund + i compensate extra time 24 hours full service but IGG took more time for it)

after 24 hours he submitted negative feedback eventhough he gained no lost and blaming me as giving no service eventhough he talked to BuyerA already to sell the account,but soon we wanted to start the transaction he wanted to change the email and delayed our transaction.. unfortunately it took more than 24 hours and outside of our agreement that i only wait 24 hours(eventhough he asked me to wait 24 hours) for this delayed transaction

No, buyer A read the term that no refund is possible since i did my job,but his lackness(MightyMiko) cause buyerA lost

Is this the Middleman fee you're talking about or payment for the account?

You stated buyerA paid for the account and sent the payment to you. Did buyerA get his money back for the account?

If no, then both you and MightyMiko will be banned if you don't give him his money back.

If this is about the Middleman fee, then please say that. I don't know what payment you're talking about.

its fee im talking about.. buyer A should pay directly to seller after i checked the account that apparently "MightyMiko" want to sell
and once again its "Middleman Fee" im talking about

Buyer blaming me and got mad then gave me negative feedback even i did my job

Please show chat logs where you tell buyerA (before payment) that he has 24 hrs to complete the transaction from the time payment is received or your will stop communicating and the fee will be not refundable.

If you do not have proof you have to issue the refund or the negative will remain.

the problem is that the chat room is fully deleted from my side since i left the chat room and i noticed both of them that i only wati 24 hours after the issue that "MightyMiko" did..

i will send chat logs from BuyerA to confirm that i told them already and i even posted on my MM thread the term and agreements.. also i told them to be ready when the middleman fee sent already..

the unconfortable situation now KIK didnt save any chat logs between us if i left the room !

You added that to your thread after he left you a negative feedback.

You are offering a MM service with a 24 hrs timer where it commonly takes 24 hrs just to change the email for the game.

I will not honor your time policy for any feedback or disputes that are reported against you and I removed that line from your thread.

I will use 7 days for Castle Clash no matter what any middleman's time policy is.

what do you mean with 7 days? so any person who want to use my service can do whatever they want for the whole 7 days since they paid me? and i must be there for them for the whole 24hours x 7 ?

1. he isnt paying me at all
2. i refund the money back to the buyerA who paid me

*ps. if i can show you the group chat log then its fully clear that i said my statement and they agreed, then when **** happens i must responsible for any of their act which isnt make any sense that they can do anything and sueing me eventhough im doing my job.. since its fully useless to giving service and being a servant of them for whole 7 days.. im removing my MM thread, my opinion is fully unfair if MM dont have term and agreement and just do whatever they want to

From this dispute you didn't do anything for the buyer except receive the payment and chat for a few mins.

7 days means from the time you received payment to the time they are ready to use your service.

Example:

Dave pays you today. It take 2 days to change the email, then on day 3 he contacts you to complete the exchange. That would be 3 days.

Feedback has been removed.
