Selling a great large FC house somewhat close to the beach with a great view of the ocean and the horizon. It's attached to a rank 9 FC with over 1,100,000 Free Company credits. The house also comes furnished with a fairly good amount of seasonal furnishings, a set of PoTD outdoor trophies, 2 capped airships with very good parts, and 2 high level submarines (submarines are not capped, however)
Payment: I only accept bitcoin payments at the moment, as it’s the fastest and sure payment method I currently know. I may be open to other payment methods, though it may take longer to transfer the house, as I need to be relatively sure there won’t be a chargeback after I transfer ownership of the FC and house to the buyer.
Unless I get a really good offer right away, I’ll wait a while for better offers, for at least 3-5 days, before choosing the best accepted offer as the winning offer. I won’t be able to accept any low ball offers, or offers that involve payment methods I can’t trust, as transfer of ownership can’t be undone in case of chargebacks, though I may be more willing to accept other payment methods, such as Paypal, from high rating buyers as well. In case of payment by Bitcoin, I only need to wait until the transaction has been verified before transferring ownership to the buyer, which shouldn't take more than a couple hours for most Bitcoin transfers. Other payment methods suggested by the buyer, should they be accepted by me, may result in additional delays, so I strongly recommend Bitcoin. All transfer related fees must be paid by the buyer as well. With all this in mind, please only DM, or discord me an offer if you’re absolutely serious about it and are sure you can honor it.
I’m only selling due to recent difficulties in my family’s life and I need a lot of money to help them, so I’m selling whatever I can. I’ll be eternally grateful to whoever buys this house!
Once I accept and choose the best winner offer from you, the buyer, we can meet in game before you actually pay, so you can check out the place yourself, before you make the payment, should you wish to do so, of course. Should there be no contact or payment from the buyer who made the winning offer in a reasonable time frame, I’ll assume you backed out, and contact instead the person who made the 2nd best accepted offer, and so on. After the transaction has been completed, I'll close this thread.
