I'm a seller of my account and there seems to be a discrepancy on payment to mm so I've been waiting over a week now to get paid. He agreed to take $250 upfront and the other $250 when I received my payment. I have proof of sending him his Bitcoin he asked for and was told I would get paid that same day. That was Monday and here it is Friday. He refuses to pay unless he gets his full payment of $500 USD and is even holding my account. So I would like to know when and how is the payment to be done for the middleman?

We are using Telegram and the buyer has even asked that we can follow through then he gets his other half when I'm payed. He flat out says no, telling the buyer not to send me anything that it was his call. What do I do any feedback would help dramatically.
We only investigate disputes if Trade Guardian is used.
Our Trade Guardian middleman service does not hold payment, the MM will hold the account from the seller. The buyer will then pay the seller directly and once confirmed the MM will transfer the item to the buyer to complete the transaction.
I'm sorry to say this, but the person you're talking to on Telegram is a scammer. Do not send them another $250 and you should open a dispute for the first payment asap. Good luck.

Oh my gosh thank you so very much for at least hearing me out I didn't know ai just needed answers and you've helped me more than you know. He has me get him a Bitcoin in which I have messages and all of it. Thank you again so much.
