Hello, i know i might be abit late for this but i wanted to take my chance, basically i had gotten a negative feedback from a user before, i sold him an high ranked account using middle man. Transaction #35542
The account had everything he wanted and the middle man confirmed it all. He then lost the rank very fast and lost alot of games in arow which caused him not getting his rewards as he made it obvious it wasnt "his" account and it was an "boosted" or "bought" account. He then messaged me back and wanted a refund, i told him the case and that it wasnt my fault or my responsibility so he ended up leaving an negative feedback. I didnt really mind at that time as i didnt use epicnpc much but now im starting to use it daily so this false negative feedback affects my profile and trustworthy. The buyer still owns the account i sold him so there is nothing called "scam" here. Id appreciate if it gets removed.

Sir how are the rules? what if he decides to not answer or maybe he doesnt use epicnpc anymore. Is there a limit of time for him to answer? This false feedback affects me to get more costumers bcz some of them ask me about it and its kinda anoying explaining it to them in a full and long story.

Feedback Removal/Change Rules

  • If a dispute is opened and resolved, the negative feedback will be changed to neutral and the comment will be updated to reflect the issue has been resolved.
  • Feedback based on rudeness or slow service (non-extreme) can only be neutral, not negative.
  • Feedback can only be removed if it's false.
  • If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
    • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
    • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
      • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

Thanks, Id be happy to get it to neutral even if its possible. I just dont want to keep a feedback that is "false" bcz i really get questioned for it. Id appreciate any help. and we have used middle man so everything is viewable there.

Hey! It doesnt seem like @obla is willing to respond, or he might not use this site anymore. Therefore im willing to show full proof of our transaction using middle man. @obla still owns the account he bought off me but he screwed up all the ranks on the account after the trade and weeks later he asks for an refund after screwing the account which im not responsible for. You can see the date difference between the transaction and the feedback its few weeks difference. As said at that time i didnt care about the negative feedback as i wasnt really selling much but now its starting to affect me as im selling accounts more frequently and especially since I'm trying to build my reputation as a seller including buying the professional seller badge to try to prove myself as being legit as possible. I would like to show full proof of all the messages between me and @obla in the transaction using middle man (Armik). I would much appreciate if it gets removed. Thanks / WingZ

He didnt recieve rewards because he played on the account after i sold it to him. As he wasnt good enough to keep up in that rank leads to people reporting the account. Rocket league is very strict to theese rules and when an account gets flagged as boosted then the account wont recieve rewards. Ive suggested several times to my buyers that if they aiint good enough to keep up in the ranks then they shall wait til season ends to prevent not getting rewards. Im not responsible for him playing on the account while not being able to keep up which leads to other players in his team reporting him several games in row. After getting reported several times it leads to support banning the account from getting rewards as its obvious the account has gotten boosted. As you can see in the pictures the account i sold him HAD SSL REWARDS. The rest is not my responsibility. He could have waited til season ends before buying from me. In that case the account would have rewards 100%. I sold 10+ accounts that season and noone else otherthan @obla had no issues. I dont find the fact that he didnt recieve rewards as my responsibilty when he chooses to play and risk it. I put alot of hours to make theese accounts and never have i ever had any issue with anyone else (still selling such accounts). so i dont find this negative review fair as its not my responsibility, He could wait til season ends then buy it from me safe and with rewards, However he choose to buy it and screw it. Id want to show proof that the account had Supersonic Legend Season rewards when i sold it to him, As you can see in the transaction middle man sent picture of the accounts rewards and you can see at the bottom that Supersonic Legend rewards were unlocked and completed. Ive been waiting for him to respond to discuss with him but he either ignores or dont use this website anymore sadly. I would like to get this unfair negative review removed as i dont find it fair that something im not fault at ruins my reputation. Thanks / WingZ

No sir, As he was my first client that didnt recieve his rewards. However, playing on the account isnt the issue here. Its about common sense. If you cant keep up in the highest rank in a game you will obviously get reported by everyone. And if you keep playing then obviusly the support will take action. The reason he havent gotten his rewards is his own fault. He might aswell have been toxic and mean to the other players because support doesnt take action that easily. I dont understand why shall i take responsibilty for him screwing up the account himself? Its like saying i sold my car today nice and clean, The buyer few weeks after crashes the car and asks me for a refund? You can check my trades and reviews, Ive sold 30+ of such accounts. However only @obla had issues. That pretty much shall explain im not the reason nor shall i be responsible. Thanks / WingZ
