What is the dispute about? Basically paid for one service that is not complete and balance on there site has not been updated.
Made a couple orders on their site to put some activity on some dead youtube accounts. and I have dealt with this member in past with out issues. so hence why I made an additional balance purchase while waiting for one order to finish that seems stuck.
okay so first order was on 3/28/2022 for 1000 subscribers and 4k watch hours. After spending time with their support about a week or more they got that order working. watch time is completed but subscribers has not been complete at all, 0 progress. cost of that order was 69.00.
second issue was a purchase of $30.00 balance made via btc on their site through coinbase. You use coinbase pay so you do not have to enter a wallet address your self. i can provide proof of payment email from coin base but the block chaincoinbase gives me shows a different transaction.
With issues with the one order starting, besides being difficult to understand at times due to probably translation they were very helpful and eventually got it started. Their live chat responded relatively quickly with original questions. email support was relatively responsive.
now i have messaged their onsite chat, nothing. emailed nothing, opened support ticket nothing.
I do not know if warmembers owns the site but he advertises it and responded to my concerns when order originally did not start working. and when asking about payment options they matched the sites stripe and crypto. this is in chat logs on site.
