What is the dispute about?

I bought an account from zMaqe There were a few issues as I wanted a switch and xbox linkable… The account was not switch linkable and I asked for a refund.. seller refused to give a refund so I kept the account and resold it to QLTB456 after about 3 day QLTB456 contacted me to let me know the account had been banned or reclaimed. The email wasn’t changeable for another 3 months and when trying forgot password it showed that there was not an account under the email. He contacted support who would not talk about it. I issued him a refund but now I am out the money that I paid to zMaqe for the account. The account has shown as online since the ban/recall and the skins have changed in the profile icon. Screenshots will show the account says it cannot be found but is still on the friends list of QLTB456 and can be seen online at different times and has different skins each time it is online which leads me to believe it was recalled. Since i refunded my buyer 100% i would like a refund as well.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
no they did not before the purcahse they later did on 10 Jan when i confronted them about recall

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
Email and log in info

How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
i had it less than 24 hours before i resold it and the person i resold it to had it 4-5 days

If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

This is where I tried to request a refund too but canceled it due to decided to resell the account which was later recalled

Hello,
i had some problems with my browser.
So I am a reseller I give no GUARANTEE if an account is deleted or pulled or recalled I have already written that to Alyahric on discord.
I didn't know that the account could not be linked to nintendo either. I bought this account and it said that the account was nintendo linkable, so I trusted the seller, but when Alyahric noticed that the account wasn't nintendo linkable, I already had his 60$ spent so i wanted to give him a refund with an account that is nintendo linkable and also has a higher value but he didn't want that because he wanted to resell the other account. I will not give him a refund now because my other account is already gone and he dont wanted the other account.
I'm sorry I'm trying to sell my customers an account that dont get pulled, deleted or recalled after a few days, but if that happens I can't do a refund.
I wrote that on my discord too but I forgot to write it here on EpicNPC too.
So im sorry for the problems on my next sell on EpicNPC i will write that on my thread too.

@zMaqe who is the original account owner?
 
Just more proof it was reclaimed. Space ghost is the name it had when I got it it and as you can see from a prior screen shot it was reclaimed and changed to grey fox. The first screen is when I try to add grey fox it comes back as space ghost and grey fox.
