I'm confuse, if you are using Stole Account Paypal, is that allowed on this website?
I think it's against the rules
but, you still have to pay $5 to my paypal if I not win the Dispute/Chargeback

@SonGokuYoutube I would assume using 'stolen' paypal accounts would be against the rules, since it seems similar to using a stolen credit card etc.

Thats just my take on it though.
