What is the dispute about?
Bought the accout yet the guy hasnt given me any detalis about it (password username)

At first when the guy contacted me he was very chatty and till the payment and the day of it gave a good service, since there was a problem for him in getting the full 70$ into his BTC wallet with the G2A cards that i have bought him he prefered for the money to first get in and then give me the account info, sadly i have agreed and didnt ask for anything back at all and up to this date he has talked with me 3 times 3 days saying he will explain and msg me in his free time. iam afraid hes just delaying time for the 14 days refund policy (which i cant even refund since its in G2A cards and the process is super tedious) and overall ignroing me

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
