I believe its pretty clear at this point that @gshater will not be cooperating with the dispute decision. The only option left is for @att911 to chargeback his payment through paypal, which should be simple as he had paid using goods&services.

The issue I want to discuss now is regarding my refund. I asked @att911 yesterday when he would refund me and he said he will only refund me after he receives his money from his paypal chargeback dispute. I find that un-reasonable because paypal disputes can take several weeks or months and I really just want to receive my refund and put this whole thing behind me. I asked why can’t he refund me immediately and he answered “At the moment I do not have your money in hand”. Which I know is bullshit.

If you check his posting history in the past month he has purchased and sold several high profile accounts worth $1500 to $2600. In fact, just yesterday he has sold a epic seven account for $2600. One thing I noticed is that after he has sold the account, he edited the thread to remove the price. I have a screenshot of the thread before the edit and a screenshot of the thread after the edit. This proves that he has the intention to hide his earnings in order to avoid refunding me.

@EpicNPC CM Am I wrong to demand a immediate refund? Because from what he is doing I feel like he will just keep dodging me and I will never receive my money.

I did not want to make any public posts in regarding to the refund since @gshater still hasnt given his response.

However, if @UncleChris sees the need to mention it now, I will openly share my perspective regarding this issue.
I have zero issue refunding back @UncleChris as long as I can get my refund back from [email protected].

From the looks of this dispute, there is a chance that @gshater will not be return the account or offer me a refund.
If that is the case, I will need to physically file a dispute through PayPal. However I do not know how the outcome will turn out since I have already sold the account.

If I can get the refund, I have no issue refunding back unclechris.

This is the best that I can do because in fact I have also spent $200-$300 on the game and this outcome, I lose money.

This situation is out of my control. I have fully given the account to @UncleChris.

No one wanted to see this as the outcome, we are all here trying to resolve this issue. I believe my proposal is very reasonable and this is the best that I can do.

In regards to @UncleChris remarks about me removing the price so I can avoid refunding him is total mis-understanding.
I have told @UncleChris as well as on here that I have no issue refunding him back as long as I get my refund first.
In my old posts, within the past few months, I do remove the price that I sell the accounts at. It is not because I am trying to "dodge" @UncleChris.
And, no the account did not sell for $2,600.
I have explained to @UncleChris my proposal and told him I have no issues refunding him however, I will need to make sure I get my refund back first from [email protected]

When I bought the account from @gshater, between our messages there was a line that I specifically asked him "This account is linked to a dummy email right?" For which he replied, "Yes you'll take the gmail"

In no way shape or form am I trying to falsely advertise my sales.
No one expected this outcome and for you to be demanding a refund now is not reasonable. How can I refund you when I have not even received my refund?
I stated clearly to you on multiple occasions that I am willing to refund you as long as I have my own refund. It is the best that I can do.
My proposal is very reasonable - it doesnt make sense to me that I have to be the one to lose 2.2k and a possible 1k from @gshater if the dispute doesnt go through when I did not do anything wrong.

There are concrete evidence that you worked with @Ryrygro, since the same exact post was posted on (p)layerup which was posted on July 27, 2020 and have not been closed after the account was sold to me. This is clear evidence that this was a scam conducted by you and ryrygro.

Not to mention, I have been actively checking the last log-in status of the account (Snitchu) that you guys scammed and recovered. The last log-in time was 5 minutes ago, which I will provide evidence for.

If you are referring me as a liar, you should take a better look at yourself.

@Angel What about my refund? I have purchased a account from @att911 for $2200. Now we have proven that the account has been recovered by the original owner and @att911 is allowed to chargeback his payment. But now he refuses to refund me a single cent.

I have a screenshot here where @att911 told me that he has sent his payment to [email protected] through goods&services. It is a well known fact that paypal favors the person who sent the money during a dispute regarding goods&services. Plus with all the evidence we have compiled here, @att911 will 100% get his money back. @att911 has also sold several accounts this month, with a $2600 account sold as recent as yesterday. So he has no issues with funds.

There should be no reason why @att911 is withholding back my refund payment.
