Major changes to Upgrades and Verification

Today we've making a major update to our upgrades and how we verify member accounts. The update is currently in progress.

'Verified' upgrade and 'Epic Member Premium' upgrades are no longer available for purchase.

Upgrade Changes
Having 4 different paid upgrades was a bit complicated and I think it confused some new members, so we have dropped that down from 4 to 2 paid upgrades.

- Epic Member
Epic Member will now become the main upgrade and will include most perks. Price is changed from $3/yr to $10/yr.

- Pro Seller
Pro Seller will be targeted toward larger sellers and remain the same as before.

- Epic Member Premium - Upgrade Removed
All members will be added to the 'Epic Member' usergroup and will be given 'unlimited edit' from the shop.

- Verified - Upgrade is now free, but adds no perks
All members will be added to the 'Epic Member' usergroup and will be given 'unlimited edit' from the shop. This upgrade is still required to offer any service that requires the customers game login information.

If you had a permanent upgrade, 'Epic Member' will be made permanent also.


Verification Changes
Verification will no longer require a paid upgrade and will be free. We're also updating the process so it's more secure.

In order to verify your account you will have to use your cell phone camera to take images of your face and ID. Members will not be able to upload images anymore, they must be taken using their cell phone camera. This is to ensure images are not being edited or IDs are not being downloaded from somewhere.

The verified members will still display the "verified" icon image in their profile.

Thanks however if I recall correctly, previous I am a "Epic Member Premium" upgrade and by right I should be moved to Epic Member usergroup as well but it seems like currently I have lost the status of a "Epic Member" as the badge is no longer appearing~

Yea I noticed it too, i had the epic member premium too, but didnt recive the blue epic member title instead

In order to verify your account you will have to use your cell phone camera to take images of your face and ID. Members will not be able to upload images anymore, they must be taken using their cell phone camera. This is to ensure images are not being edited or IDs are not being downloaded from somewhere.

Does this apply for renew too if im already verified ?

Epic Member Premium is no longer an upgrade instead it has moved to Epic Member. Verified is now free to upgrade too.

Unlimited edit time through upgrades has been discontinued. To get unlimited edit time now, you need to buy the perk item from the shop.

im already verified so i don't have to buy the unlimited item ?
+ also in my account upgrades it showing both verified and epicmember as "never expire" is that just a bug ?

Unlimited edit time has already been added to your account.

Expiration should be set to the same date as your old upgrades. If it's set to never expire it's a bug and you probably should not have said it

Activate those items to enable editing (Settings -> Check active)

I am having errors verifying identity , happened twice now , saying an error has occurred

Nevermind , had to do the phone option instead of QR Code , and yeah would prefer the old darker blue color more than the one we have now

Not fan of this light blue it's too dull and doesn't do trusted upgrade it's justice

You should not have to enable the 'unlimited edit' item. It should automatically be active. If you already had it and want some credits for the duplicate item, please open a support ticket here.

My question is all these bigger boosting companies who had their friends give feedback to purchase the EMP status so they don't have to submit a ID for verified badge, now they don't have a verified badge and by the rules are not allowed to offer services until they verify now?

They can offer services. However, if they offer a service that requires login information of their customer they have to have the verified upgrade.

EMP members were not added to the Verified usergroup after this update. Those users will have to become verified (which is free) if they want to continue with their boosting/leveling services.

That's great to hear! I was disappointed as well at first, but cool to have it back.

So all you have to do is the take a picture of yourself holding the ID on your cell phone and resubmit and you will be good

Members that had expired verified upgrades will have to upload new IDs. Those members were not added automatically to the new Verified group. Sorry, however the process if free.

You will receive the verified badge and can offer boosting/leveling services, but that's it. The verified upgrade provides no other perks.
