I do not buy or sell accounts. I only have this one account that I own and I am quitting the game, that is why I am selling. I am selling it for $1300, no less.

If you plan on going first, you will have to pay for the fee if you live outside of United States, if you send via PayPal because that is how PayPal works. There is no fee charged if you live in the same country as the person that you are sending the money to(Friends & Family option). If you live in a different country from the person you send the money to, there is a international fee that you must pay(Goods & Services). You must calculate the fee that will cost if you send first because I must receive $1300 full aside from the fee. If you do not want to go first by sending me money via PayPal that is fine, you can buy it through here using middleman service if you do not trust me and you will have to pay the fee/service charge for middleman service through this site.
