luigiy Refund Requests - Elysium Disputes

If you purchased an account or gold from https://www.epicnpc.com/members/257027-luigiy in the last 6 months you are eligible for a refund.

The seller did not disclose that the accounts and gold were created by a GM, which we consider an exploit. This must be told to the customer prior to sale. Since this was not told, customers can request a refund.

To request a refund please post the following below.

- I purchased gold or account
- I purchased on Elysium (show proof, chat logs or email image showing what you purchased so we can confirm it was for Elysium)
- Value of item
- Send a message Luigiy with your payment info so he can issue a refund.

Once you received a refund, please update your post to show this.

@Luigiy Lanak has provide proof the account he purchased was a dup. realmplayers shows no activity before Sept 23, the same day it was purchased. This means this account was dupped on the purchase date.

Yes i have talked with him and i alrdy said that he is getting refund, just waiting for other people that will contact me so i can charge my paypal accordingly and refund all at once

Luigiy must pay $30 to MisterKk.


Luigiy has told me he will not pay kingofgodlynessyaaaa if he's banned. This clearly shows Luigiy is nothing but a scammer. His dispute with kingofgodlynessyaaaa has nothing to do with the dispute with MisterKk. If you're are truly not a scammer, you would still pay kingofgodlynessyaaaa because it's the right thing to do instead of using this ban as an excuse to scam someone.

Luigiy will be banned in 24 hrs if both are not resolved.

This will be my last message on these boards. (I quit already, if u didn't notice, I haven't been advertising here for over a month.)

MisterKk case : I have said numerous times that I am not a charity be it 1 dollar or 500. user has been scammed by an imposter and Admin is forcing me to pay for it.
It is user's fault that he didn't check that he was dealing with the imposter and not me, not to mention his stupid greediness (buying account for 30 usd when they are 100+ normally)
So what that I trolled him, that doesn't make me a scammer.

Let me remind you that false advertising =/= scamming so get your facts str8 m8.

User has a fully working account that he has enjoyed for over 2 months +, regardless of that, i was willing to take the account back.
User is just taking advantage of this thread to get a free ride since he is quiting private servers and that is a fact (Nothing to do with account being duped but with Classic wow being annouced)
He told me on skype that he was trying to get rid of the account for that very reason, the account being duped is just an excuse so he can get an easy refund.

I don't judge his decision, just laying down the facts. Again, regardless of all that, i was willing to take the account back & refund.
Yes u are correct that I said that I would not refund him if I was banned as that means that I am not a member of this forum which means that I do not have to follow the rules of this forum (False Advertising)

Admin chose to ban me over something that i haven't done so that has consequences. (see MisterKk case)


Anyone with atleast a half brain will understand that this is not a scam but merely a rule break where seller does not disclose full information about the account.
Rest assured that the product has been delivered and is working as intended.

Do not wait 24h to ban me, do it right away because I am not paying 30 usd to MisterKk. On the other hand, I was gonna resolve kingofgodlynessyaaaa issue but as I am not a member anymore I do not have to.
