Lost my Castle Clash due to a hacked g-mail

Hello fellow Clashers,

I know this is kind of a cheap / awkward way to introduce myself here. I've actually bought an account on this website
ages ago and I've played with it until today sadly. I got my e-mail hacked and I couldn't login anymore. Sadly my castle clash account
was linked to my g-mail.

Since there was no way for me to prove this IGG wouldn't help me at all even after sending a ticket I didn't even get a reply.
When I asked them if it was possible to retrieve my account (via ticket on my fresh account)
if I had proof that it was mine and I still haven't gotten an answer... (it's a Bluestacks screenshot that's why it's so large)

I've tried everything but I couldn't get my account back. If anyone's wondering my old acc name was: sourdiezel
I was wondering if you guys are willing to help me out, if not I understand since I really haven't been registered so I might just look like a giant ******...

Thanks for taking your time to read it though, I will try to be a little more active and maybe receive help in the future.

Bro I had the same problem as you. Please can you tell me the nick of who got ur acc? Cos it is absurd. I can't do anything about it except for banning it.
