Looking to Resolve negative feedback

Buyer left me negative feedback because of a account from 6 or 7 months ago I resold getting recalled, without giving me a chance to figure out what happened and look for resolutions they instead unadded me on discord and left negative feedback

want to add this is the first time this has ever happened, the rep is trying to paint it as if I knew it was a quote on quote stolen account when in reality i wouldnt have posted it if I knew that

Feedback is legitimate and honest. I messaged him about the account being recalled and the original owner stating it was stolen, he stated he never said he was the original owner but would reach out to the person that supposedly sold it to him. Couple days pass and no further response from him. I also accepted his friend request on Discord again to discuss further after the feedback and it's pretty much the same, no resolution on his part. His stance is that it's not his fault and that he didn't know it was stolen which may or may not be true but no one would really know the truth other than him. It also doesn't change the situation or make it any better on my end, he still sold me a stolen account and he still has done nothing to compensate.

In regards to him stating he wasn't the original owner after the deal: Me making a remark about him being the original owner at the end of my message in this ss and him responding to what I messaged yet not denying that he was the original owner implies more so that he was vs not being the original owner. He didn't bother clarifying that he wasn't the original owner when I referenced it.

And no your feedback is not legitmate and "honest" I had ZERO idea the account was stolen if thats even what really happened

It's pretty clear to see that I'm referencing you as the original owner in the ss with no denial from you. There also is a question mark at the end, making it a question that you could've clarified. As I've stated in my above response, no one would really know if you knew the account was stolen or not, doesn't change the outcome. The account was stolen, it was sold to me and recalled which is exactly what the feedback is stating. Am I openly saying that you knowingly sold me a stolen account? Nope, just that it was indeed stolen. Do I actually believe that you didn't know? nah but that also doesn't change anything. I didn't make a dispute post calling you a scammer, I left feedback based on the outcome.

Thanks for chiming in CM. After the feedback and some talking, he did offer a different account that wasn't on par with the original as a replacement but I still appreciated the attempt to try and resolve everything. He did however back peddle and not actually give anything as of yet so we'll see how things go or if he is willing to commit to making things right.

@EpicNPC CM Can the negative feedback get removed? Nerdy got banned for scamming and I had every intention of reimbursing them so it can get removed even though I think they staged the whole thing. They unadded me on discord and stopped replying to messages on here scammed someone and is now banned
