A battle power of 2.8-3 mil power
A ton of 5/5 with recent like all the anni units 5/5 and Mugetsu pre 9th anniversary 5/5 P1 and P2
And LAST but not least have characters, mostly 5/5 who can clear all GQ quest Nightmare/Very Hard and PVE content.
Also has to have all accessory or at least 98% of them.
I have a high budget.
