do you have any proof that's him? did you do an epicnpc verification with him before you started dealing with him?
don't forget there are imposters trying to use people's names that's why you should have to message him on epicnpc first to be sure is it him + if you started with discord chat don't forget to do verification with him on epicnpc too to be sure you are talking with the real one, not with the imposter also here is a picture of what did I type on my profile so people didn't get scammed from the imposters

So he claimed he had an account I wanted so I told him to meet me in discord. He gave me his email and I sent the money, low and behold the sob blocked me
 
do you have any proof? and is it him for real or you was talking to someone else? did you chat with him on epicnpc or in discord?
what was the method he did use for the payment? or did he recover the account?
