So today I contacted Lechris seeing that they are very popular and very good feedback I contacted them for gw2 gold total I needed was 450 but there package was 500 for about 66$. It was an emergency gold buying. Before I bought the gold I asked her hey how much time will it take I was told 10 Mins. I sat there in front of my computer for over 3 HOURS with nothing sent to me but excuses. Our proxy crashed this and that. At one point after about 2 hours I messaged again hey I still do not have anything. She replied with sending now. I sat there again for another 1 hour + and still nothing. So I told them that this was the worst service I have ever seen and I will be giving them negative feedback and would like my refund. Then I was contacted by lechris through pm. Mr. EpicNPC can check that asking what happened why the negative and I explained very bad service and is the reason I left negative feedback. I was told hey if you buy gold in future we will give you extra. I told them I will never deal with them again. If they compensate me for wasting 3+ Hours of my time I will remove the negative feedback but instead they left me negative feedback making it seem like it was my fault.

I would like this negative feedback to be removed from my account and the negative feedback I left to be stayed on there account since I have a valid reason to be upset with this service. I paid withing 1 min thinking I was getting my gold right away since they say we have 10k + gold stock. Seems like they have nothing.

the feedback has been removed from your account. You asked multiple times for an ETA and made it clear from the start it was to be a quick transaction. The seller agreed to quick delivery every time, so I see no reason why they would give you a negative other than for revenge which is not allowed.
