What is the dispute about? account, money, service? I paid him 30 dollars using my friend as a middle man asking for original email and user name and password and i would send him the 30 dollars via paypal

If yes, who? Yes my friend who is really good and trustworthy when it comes tot rades
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:Basically i had him give my middle man the information and i sent him the money this lead up to him saying he got the money giving me the account information it was valid. i log into the account all is good i ask him originally can you give me EMAIL of account so you cant redeem it since i gave you the money. He first goes um...i forgot at it. so i go you need it or i want my money back he goes and give me this fake email which later turns out to be his brothers because i checked the facebook linked to the email. basically i do the trasaction at 2pm and he logs into the account changing everything around 7pm EST this is where i message him and he states he will message riot support to get it back(even though it blatent he did it) magically riot support replies in 15 mins even though it takes them usually a day if lucky. He gets the info gives it to me and adds me in game. All my friends list is cleared he goes everything good? I go to the main site type it in the password he gave me it says incorrect when im trying to change on site so im like wtf he doesnt reply i go to his skype go find his phone number which i have now and go why the **** did you scam me for 30 dollars he goes and says talk to me on skype in his 14 year old voice. He then tell me that 30 dollars was too low and that since he recovered it he is going to charge me a fee for the account i paid 30 dollars for. I asked for my money back and have gotten no response since because we were talking in league and prior to this he asked me what game he should buy with the 30 dollars i supplied him
