I've paid him in full with Western Union for a character.
Since then he's been beating around the bush and suddenly his life is so busy he doesn't answer my IMs.
I've been asking for a refund and still haven't gotten a response.
This is total BS and there's not a thing I can do to get my money back.
I can't believe people like this can sleep so well at night.
