knugen SCAMMER! Tried recovering the account and changed all email details!

I have proof of purchase.
Basically I bought the account on 10th of January.
I believe they use a vpn on this site so a IP ban probably will not do anything.
Everything went smoothly he gave me two email accounts one in gmail and one in rambler.ru.
I paid 37USD/28GBP for the account, a month goes by, 8 days ago he changed the password of the email he gave me.
Then I message him here on epicNPC asking him why he changed the email, he claimed he did it to access his paladins account and that if i wanted it back i could have it, So i asked him politely for it back.
Then no response for an hour, and my steam account has been locked.
Thats where it's up to at the moment.

The seller is from the Russian Federation I believe.[Since most of the prior screenshots on the account are in Russian and one of the emails domain is in Russian]
I hope to see them banned from this site immediatly.

He just now messaged me back claiming he doesn't know whats happening. Hes the only previous owner so the only person who could've done this could be him?

Thank you. The user has basically admitted to scamming a few times vaguely in DM's. I also have plenty of login attempts and success' in the past few days matching his IP. Its ridiculous he has tried doing this.

Thank you. Also if possible could you give me the last two digits of his IP? Since he says If I can provide enough evidence of his IP's matching between accounts then he will refund me. i doubt it but its worth an attempt. (Last visited IP)
