We did a transaction involving a CD-key gone bad a few months back. I called in to Bioware and the only information they could give me is that the key was registered under a foreign I.P and nothing else since they couldn't give me that information.
Joshue also agreed that he would like his negative removed against me. Please remove my negative rating against him as well, as he is a good guy to deal with.
