Issues with purchased account from Zzreroll. No TG used.

Hello. I’ve just had issues with one of the sellers that are shown prominently on your website. I have purchased an account for the game FFBE:WOTV on Zzreroll and when I was given it, the account was locked behind a phone check and when I asked for help with the matter, the seller refused to help me and kept being rude and condescending while also refusing to refund me the money of the account I could not log in onto.

I do not care about getting my money back, but I do not want this person to call me a scammer when it was them that refused to help me and I do not want the feedback to be removed so that others can avoid being scammed as well.

Embedded you can see our emails exchanged and the proof of my purchase. If anything else is needed, please ask.

This deal was not conducted by using trade guardian, so as per Epicnpc rule that buyer and seller should resolve by ourselves.

We are not interested to resolve at this moment since we stated feedback can be exchange/issue when everything is concluded, early feedback could resulted in pre-mature conclusion and no longer receive after sales service and communication.

Trade guardians was not used in the deal, we are not interested to resolve nor will further wasting time involved on this thread until the feedback is retract (and being inform via email in working things out) or else we will just directly refer to bank and financial third party like many other scammer deal.

I have no interest in what you have to say. This thread was made entirely to remove the false feedback you have left me and to make sure that the feedback I have left stays there. You are a scammer who has given me a non-working account and refused to help me fix the problem and from clicking on your name I can see plenty of other people claiming the same exact issue. I left the feedback AFTER i tried multiple times to tell you the issue was I was having and you refusing to help me fix it. It was left AFTER i asked you to resolve the issue as anyone can see in the emails.

So shut up, thief.

  • If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed.
