They are readily available during specific hours, making it seem as though they are always there when you need assistance. Their payout schedule is consistently on time, though they do charge an extra $3 to $8, which doesn't bother me much considering the reliability of their payments compared to other platforms that fail to pay or delay payments. I always ensure timely delivery to my customers and address any disputes swiftly. To date, I've resolved two disputes, so I have no complaints about them.
However, my friend who originally recommended z2u has recently had some concerns. He mentioned that although z2u reported sending over $400 to his bank, the money never arrived. Despite multiple follow-ups, he has not received his funds, leading him to cease selling on the platform. He suspects that z2u may have provided a falsified proof of payment. It seems that while they may be accommodating to new sellers, issues might arise as transaction amounts increase, leading to questionable practices. I'm cautious about continuing, as my profit margin is quite slim, and even a single missed payment could set me back significantly.
