Is there a way to delete a PM?

I want to delete a message containing my email in a PM. Is there a way to do that?

You can edit a message by clicking the gear icon in the top right of a chat message

It doesnt give me that option. it just says quote, report, add note, or copy link

You have a limited time frame to make changes to messages you have sent over PM. After that window, it is no longer possible to make changes to a PM, sorry.
