Is someone trying to scam me?

Want to sell a 850$ account and someone is suggesting to use a mm from 'Setsuna list'. This is the link: https://trello.com/b/jYOlB2dC/setsuna-list-discord-scammer-list-and-mm-list
I tried searching for a 'Setsuna list' on Epicnpc but I only found a link which redirected me to a broken page on Setsuna's account
I also found a link talking about someone scamming them

I said how about using Trade Guardian. The guy said it's more complicated because the MM fees can't be paid with paypal anymore. I've never used TradeGuardian and its not clear how the MM gets paid so I don't know how true this is.

Btw, could you tell me how MM fees are paid ? I know how to make a trade guardian transaction but I don't know what happens next.
e.g. does the buyer get redirected into some payment page to pay the MM?
I tried searching this but can't find anything. If there was a video showing the whole process, that would help

Yes, there will be a payment page with a lot of different method to pay the MM fee.

The payment methods available for paying the MM fee are the same ones as when buying credits. You can see them here: https://www.epicnpc.com/dbtech-credits/credits.1/currency

As for Paypal, it is available unofficially by some MMs but not all. So you can use paypal for the fee as well.

exact same person messaged me on discord a couple days ago trying to buy an account and also tried to make me use a mm from this site. when i refused them and said to use a mm from here they stopped responding
