IP/ Phone country mismatch

I am not sure how I got this warning on my account as I don't think I had used VPN or proxies here.

Your IPS says "The Hospital for Sick Children" so yes, that's a proxy unless you've been in the hospital for the last week. We already removed the warning once and you continue to violate VPN/proxy rules.

You can request it removed in 10 days.

Hello,
I work in the hospital so I use their network. I've never got this warning before this so I don't recall about having it removed before? I didn't know it was an issue to use the my work WiFi.

It's not just the proxy detection. The IP address as recently been reported for payment fraud and abuse (spam, phishing, malware). This means the IP is open (not secured) and being abused by VPN/proxy services.

There's no way for us to know where people work. You might work there or you might be using one of these services that's abusing this unsecure IP address.

We will not investigate issues like this and will always assume abuse.

You can request a new review of your account in 10 days to have the warning removed.

OK I understand that then, didn't know that was a problem. The question I have is that I am assuming that I have to wait 10 days because you believed that this is a repeated violation where you've removed the warning once before. However I don't think I've ever had the warning before as well as requesting to have it removed?

The warning was already removed once today, about 10 hrs ago. It was added again an hour later.

I'll remove it again, but next time you'll have to wait.

Thanks for the help, though it is awkward that it was removed then added right back without me knowing about either event as there were no notifications and without me knowing the cause. It is also odd that it was added back since I wasn't in the hospital at that time.
