Invalid negative feedback

@Cheeskidanger left a invalid negative feedback on my profile for a transaction that was never done, I removed him and blocked him off my Discord because I simply wasn't interested in the account and then he goes on to spam me in PMs on the forums and then decides to leave a negative feedback for no reason.

Feedback is not allowed unless an exchange started. Feedback clearly shows no sale started so it's been removed.
