I had an infraction on a post due to the fact that "free services are not allowed to be exchanged for feedback". I talked to the moderator who gave me this infraction and asked him where that rule was because I didn't find it. He replied that "Its in rules that "We can't write a rule for every possible scenario or dispute that arises"". He also stated that "Its been ruled on by admin in many cases that we do not allow free services in exchange for feedback. While your thread does not say must give feedback its clear thats what its aiming for.".
So if the admin ruled this more than once why isn't it in the rules yet?.
I couldn't even receive the refund for the 1750 credits I spent on the deleted post because I went against the rules,
I ask the admins of this website to please fix the rules so others don't get surprised by it.
Meanwhile I am moving my services elsewhere.
thank you.
