Basically I paid him for placements and he went 1-4 which placed me 100SR lower than my previous season. I asked for a refund because the job was done with negative results. He claims that 1-4 was unlucky and he can do nothing about it. I told him he could just get me back to my rank from last season but he said no because he already finished his job. Keep in mind he is a BOOSTER not a DERANKER so he is supposed to raise my rank right? Anyway Went back and forth with him and finally gave up so I decided to just give him a negative review since the job he did was unsatisfactory. In return he decided to give me a negative review for being a "difficult" customer. This doesn't make sense to me because if you had a job done for you and it was unsatisfactory wouldn't you also not be happy? As a customer I don't think I did anything to deserve a bad review. I'd like this negative review removed/moved to neutral because it disrupts my deals on this site.
