Imposter scamming customers - Customers leaving me negative feedback

Hi,

Can I please have an admin remove the 2 negative feedback that I received yesterday.

It seems like an Impostor used my name to do a middleman transaction between 2 people and scammed both of them.

There is an impostor who is scamming people with the discord name: Spellslinger

My discord name is Super, it is in every thread that I have and in my signature, yet people are still trading with the impostor and thinking it was me even after I reply to their message telling them it was an impostor.

So other than hiring a psychic who can cure stupidity, can anyone tell me of a good way to help these poor souls and stop them from getting scammed by the impostor without wasting too much of my time?

If you think that you got false feedbacks due to some impersonators, i recommend you to start a thread on Feedback Dispute forum which is = https://www.epicnpc.com/forums/feedback-disputes.62/

Actually, It happens sometimes...Scammer will exist always and try some ways to scam people, but in order to say something certain, proof is needed.
Anyways, just start a thread on there and probably those guys will be asked their proofs about scam cases, if they can't provide something clear to the Admin or moderator, your negative feedback will be removed but if they prove that you've scammed them in actual, so you may get banned.
