I'm unable to leave feedback

Hey guys.

I'm unable to leave feedback on a deal I made a couple days ago. I left it a little bit to see if fix itself.
I've tried going onto the person's profile and clicking 'Leave feedback'
I've tried to do it through the thread.
I've also tried returning the feedback once they left me some.

I always get this error.
