I have bought many accounts from them before, and they had instant delivery. Now i just tried to purchase one, they requested my national ID and credit card picture info. Its been 4 hours and still no response after sending the required information. Are they a scam site now? has anyone experienced this where they delivered maybe the next day? if theres a possible scam happening i want to cancel my transaction now from paypal.

 

Just an Update: they replied and i got my account. its their chinese new years currently so they are under staffed. sorry for my original rant about them.

 

I started a live chat, but it looks like its just a PM system. Theres no actual live chatting going on.

 

Same here I had the same problem for a $6 account lol

 

The same thing happened to me when I tried the first time, they requested the same info but I told them I'm not comfortable in sending that info so they refunded me the money. Use their live chat like what Sage said.

 

Maybe your PayPal isn’t verified enough to where the company doesn’t trust you.
If you want, just harass them over life chat, and just say you want a chargeback and you don’t feel comfortable sending that information. If they deny you, then they owe you either the account, or you just call up PayPal and cancel the payment.
