You cannot send a gift using a credit card, it has to be either paypal balance, or bank.

Gift payment can be disputed in the form of unauthorised payment.

it was just money i had in my account from another buyer he sent it to my account but my bank is linked to my paypal so would that work ?

ok well how would i do it it happened like this, i sent him the 130 prior then he got it in his paypal, then sent it to the guy so the money was in his account for a short period of time would that matter ?
