Idiot left me negative feedback

I posted a scam busters thread (which got pulled because he complained so much), and he left me negative.

No transaction was involved as he would not provide me with what I needed for the account... Remove this thanks


Update:
I've also left him negative feedback which I'm assuming will be removed once this is since neither of us were involved in a transaction with each other and neither of us have a right to leave each other feedback at all (even though I let him know this he still decided to leave me a negative while I was out of town)
