Did seller accept transaction and approve sremke as middleman and you are in the middle of transaction?

Yep. I am the seller. and yes, i m in middle transaction with my buyer. I and my buyer waiting for 12 hours.

And MM gives no response at all. I think he sleep or something about his IRL works?

Was any account information exchanged with middleman? If you have not you can cancel the transaction and start new one. if you have exchanged information and middleman has account you should wait for him to come back online.

Buyer already paid the MM fee. and i m waiting for MM to response me. I can't give the account to MM if he/she is offline.

Can buyer refund the MM fee and start a new one? Because i feel bad for him.

okay so the fee works like this if you are in a rush to complete you can cancel transaction and fee will be refunded with in 24 hours to the account. you can create a new transaction and pay fee again original will still be refunded. Or you can wait for middleman to come online

Cancel transaction, its automated, it will refund with in 24 hours

5:36 am - MM joins and posts
5:46 am - seller posts
9:02 am - buyer posts
9:04 am - MM fee paid
9:25 am - buyer and seller online
9:28 pm - transaction complete without MM

The MM can't start until the fee is paid, so initially it seems the MM went offline because if of this. It took about 4 hours for the fee to be paid.

However after that there was no reply from the MM for 12 hours which should not happen. The MM fee will be refunded shortly. I apologize for the delay with this transaction.
