I upgraded my account but it didn't go through

Did I miss something? I paid for it... But I still only have 10 messages allowed in my inbox.

I contacted support. Any other suggestions? I checked my emails I didn't see anything. Is there something I need to do?

did you follow all the steps? Its not automatic and sometimes takes some time to go through. Support will respond if theres any issues with your upgrade. sometimes it takes a few hours - 24 hours to go through

Im not sure why it didn't upgrade, everything looks okay. The only thing I noticed is your payment was made from an unregistered Paypal account, that might have been the reason.

Your account will be upgraded shortly after an account review.

Yeah sorry I don't have a paypal and that was the easiest way to pay by credit card. Thanks for the help.
