What is the dispute about?
I traded a battle.net account with 3 games for 2 Raid Shadow legends accounts, yesterday one of the accounts was banned for refunds. The trader said he couldn't do anything for me because he didn't know if it was me or the previous owner that made the refunds. I showed im proof with my plariam ticket and he still won't replace the account and he didn't mention a warranty until after I complained. I am not asking for money I just want the account replaced.
He has no accounts to replace yet he has accounts posted for sale. The purchases were made on the account Dec 24th, BaronHenry bought the account on Jan. 4th and I traded for it on Jan. 9th....the account was banned on Jan. 14th
im pretty much getting "that's the risk" and "ah well its not my problem" It's not a fair trade if and the account he gives me gets banned at no fault of mine.

I effectively bought the account on the 4th of january. Account was apparently bannee due to refunds made on the 24th of december, before my ownership. So this is the responsability of the former owner, not me. A vast majority of seller don't know the sources of their account, including me, that's why we sell cheap.

Concerning the warranties. Laws of my county (France) says that warranty is a promise that is not included in any transaction by default.

In other words. Like I said in former discord posts :

1. Refunds were not made under my ownership
2. It"s thus not my responsability.
3. No warranties were asked by the client before the trade. Thus, there is none.

You are responsible for everything you sell here. This is not a black market where you can dump your *******, stolen, random accounts and not front any of the responsibility when they get recalled or banned. You will need to refund him the cost of the account or replace it if that is what he desires with something you can both agree to.

And again. Laws doesn't tell me that i have to replace the account if warranty wasn't included before the trade.

This is not a black market. But because accounts come for a third source there is always a risk to take in consideration, especilly with former whale account.

If you're not happy with theses ideas i encourage you too:

1.buy a starter from chineese sellers
2. Make an account on your own

Fraudulous activites were done with this account BEFORE i got it and I WASN'T AWARE OF IT when i bought it.

So legally this is not my responsablities if the former-former owner of the account decided to get a refund for whatever reason.

Case closed for me. I'm responsable for what I sell, not to what happens 1 week after I sold. Many sellers are in this. Not only me.

Also to note, our rules trump yours, even if you have none. That's part of the conditions of using our site. If you had problems with the Bnet account, it would be his responsibility to make it right just as it's your responsibility now to make this right with the faulty RSL account.

If the person you bought it from has an account here, I encourage you to open a dispute against him (if he refuses to refund you). After this is settled.

I got the account for 15$, it worths 15$. He's asking for something that is worth around 100$ ( because he whaled on the account he except me to compensate his bad habits.

Concerning your way to work. It's obvious that you don't respect the presumption of innocence + some contractual basic rules.

Doesn't matter what you got it for $15, the CoD MW is valued at $100 alone and I made the trade because $60+$30 accounts were good enough for me.
You gave me a faulty product I'm just asking for an account equal to what you gave me which had 4 legendaries 3 that were 6 starred and one that wasn't and 2 full masteries on igni and knight.

This isn't a court of law where you're innocent until proven guilty. It's clear the account is faulty, so you're guilty in anyone's book and needed to correct it. But you've chosen not to.
