I received negative feedback based on unfounded accusations!!!

• Explain why you are disputing the feedback and why you want it changed or removed. - Everything is already discussed in the TG link, where the buyer accuses me of an account purchased a year ago... but the accusations are completely unfounded, I did absolutely nothing wrong toward him, and he has no clear evidence for any of his acusation toward me, but he makes serious accusations against me, especially like I have multiple accounts, and fake reviews, and many others, which affect my image in an absolutely negative way. He did not try to communicate with me about that account at all, he keeps me blocked on DS, and I can't see the transaction history, I don't know anything about what's going on, but that review is absolutely offensive. Please take action and check the TG link above that I provided where you can see the whole conversation!

Trade Guardian was not used:
If the communications was offsite, we will only accept video evidence, no screenshots.

• Proof of sale will be requested.
  • Buyer can show they sent payment.
  • Seller can show they sent the item or provided a service to the buyer.
• No further investigation will be conducted.
• Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.

Once we confirm an exchange occurred, the feedback cannot be removed. The buyer and seller should try to reach a compromise or resolve the issue on their own.

If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.
