I received negative feedback at my account shop thread with no-sense

Hello. Got this feedback today https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/315397/view ; customer refuse to deal. Short story: guy was buy a boost from my Overwatch boost service: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/lvl...ream-levelling-pm.1063974/page-5#post-6097799 and all were smooth, his main account were boosted by me still has no ban and all alright. But he also bought at the same time account at my shop: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/tru...-8-03-new-arrival.1311520/page-3#post-6221886 ; his smurf were suspended in accounts sharing/boosting to 08.03 and s15 were lock to play after ban expired. This account still in his own(he attach ID to it, make some purchase at battle.net and change nickname), so he's really owner of it. In this case, I offer him to compensate his purchase(because of ban) with new overwatch account or compensate the amount of account price to his paypal, but he refuse to and just leave me negative feedback.
I don't know to solve this situation with him, because he want: A) replacement to same account(with same rating) B) full money refund (but anyway he tell he is going to make refund himself at paypal)
What should I do to delete this feedback? Because it's not "forever ban" and he already can use game he paid for. It's impossible to deal with him! Hope you will help us to solve our problem
PS He also bought some others account at epicnpc: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/ow-gm-account-4063-sr-2300-cp-name-change-available-70.1417625/ (so that's maybe a problem he get suspended his new smurf,)

Here is the whole conversation. The first time i texted you about it you said it happened to your other accounts too which is the biggest evidence that you made mistakes. Now you tryna act like you did everything that you can to solve the problem. I was really kind and normal when I asked you to figure out something about since the product ( a the account atm ) is useless!!! It was banned, i did not receive anything from the previous season and I cant play a single comp game what is the actual reason why i bought this account. After teling you that this is not good, you tried to say thing that I hacked on this etc.. what a logic to defend yourself.. So I did not ask for anything more or less than I had. And you tryna defend your point by saying I changed nickname and add my name to MY ACCOUNT WHICH I PAID FOR is totally bullshit. Ofc i changed everything since I didnt expect to get banned by your fault. Thanks for opening this case ao everyone is going to see how dumb you are and can be aware of your sire with cheating boodting and banned accounts.

I can't sell this account anymore because I'm only selling accounts with "fake name", so I can't chargeback it from customer. You just attach ID and make this account own to you - I'm not more able to sell it, so that's why I'm just saying "I need to enter account at March 8 and check it", I just entered it today and see I cant replacement it and offer you compensate equal to new overwatch account and this account will be still in your own. Isnt it fair for you?

All I want is disable this negative feedback, because: A) I'm not having this term "I'm giving lifetime guarantee about ban or if your account will banned within month - I'll give you another one". B) I'm not sure that the bans is really mine C) It's just time ban and account will be okay in s16 and it's okay in all modes except comp D) This guy attach ID+make some purchase and change currency, so now he is a really owner of this account;
So I don't agree this customer action is legit, I try to give him different variants on all the way time we talking

I bought a competetive account as masters to play comp not playing quick play, if i want to play quick play I would buy a lvl1 account. Okay. B) So can you explain me why your "Main account which i boosted" isnt banned and smurf is getting banned? We done this deals like same time+-.

Dude, I was sold around 200 accounts for last month and only some of them was banned, so some/200 is really many? I'm not confirmed about "All my accounts get banned", I just say "some of my accounts get banned too to 08.03 for accounts sharing/boosting".

There’s usual thing when blizzard suspect some account at “sharing/boosting” they can do a time ban for 1week and some penalty for season. The account Nadim was bought from me was suspected at boosting/account sharing after 2weeks he used it, it’s usual thing when someone using “boosting services or something like that”, now Nadim’s account bought from me unbanned and only like season 15 ban for 1 month more and he will get his account available to playing competitive again with same rating. As only nadim got access to account from the moment he bought it = he is only one who need to care about such bans and etc. If he got permaban and I was really do something wrong - I should do refund or replacement to account.

If the account was only temporarily banned I think it would be a fair solution to change the feedback to neutral. We do not remove negative feedbacks unless a trade did not occur.
