The matter was resolved, the person who left me a bad comment agreed to remove it.

This feedback still exists even though it was corrected by the epicnpc admin.

I'm sorry, but we do not remove negative feedback if a issue is resolved. It is changed from negative to neutral and updated as "resolved". If the user that gave the feedback wants, we can change it to 4 star, but that is the maximum allowed, however you cannot make that request. The user that gave the feedback must make it.
