Okay, so here is the thing. I basically sold the account to a person called Razerka.
Well, I didn't quite sell it yet, but I did receive the payment already. She paid me 85 dollars over paypal.
I sent her a Payment Request for goods. She then paid up when he got the email.
I did not immediately give her my account details, as I am really cautious.

My question is: Is he able to charge back the money after I gave him the account credentials leaving me empty handed?

The person that is buying my account and gave me the money is not really amused by the delay I caused.
But I assure you that I do not want to scam him. If I did I would not take the time to write this message. I just want the transaction to be completely legit for me.
He also gave me an ID, he had a skype conversation with me showing me his face, showed me the transaction ID of paypal.
This is all very nice, but is it to be trusted? Does it link to a known scam one way or another?
If you need more information then please send me a message, as I'm holding my account until I know for certain!

So if someone would please inform me about whether the payment method he did is one that can not be charged back, I'd be really thankful.
According to your answer, I will react accordingly.

Greetings,

I contacted the seller on Skype. I paid via PayPal. Seller seen my face live on there, i have seen his photo with handwritten "alpaca" there as proof of personality. Well we are both new users thats why. Seller knows my address, name and surname. We are also friends on FB now. In order to confirm my data I even sent picture of my real ID to prove that the address of the credit card is not fake and it's not stolen or anything. The transaction still has not come to fruition, because the seller is concerned about the fact that I am a chargeback scammer.

Im not sure if it was good idea. I paid for it and still waiting.

Kind regards, Monika

Through paypal, you can almost always charge back. Although it is safer to do the "family and friends" option, it still doesn't guarantee the buyer can block/chargeback a payment.
The only way someone would not be able to charge back is if you used bit coin.

Okay.
Be that as it may, she already sent me the money.
What if I would remove it from my paypal to another paypal or I would convert it to bitcoin.
If she would then charge back the money while my bank account is not linked to the paypal account, what would happen then?

Kind Regards,
Nexigen

It could still be disputed, and your paypal would be charged and it would just go into the negative balance.

Does this mean that the only duped person out of a charge back would be paypal themselves?
Because if I cut my chains on paypal regarding my credit card and my bank account, they would have nothing to stand on should someone charge back the money for no reason?

The account sale has been completed. It's unfotunate she can't give me any rep though as she didn't have any rep either.
But it's done. Thank you for your time.

Technically, yes.
If you move the money to a different account and/or withdraw it and a dispute happens, your paypal will go into negative balance. Then you can just abandon it and never use paypal again. They can't really do anything to you, as it is a small amount.
However, there is a small possibility that the payment gets tracked to the other account and reversed. Withdrawing to a bank or card and then closing your account is your best bet. :p

The rate of chargebacks is actually much lower than you probably think. It's less than 5% for me.
