I need paypal help.. badly

well about 3-4 weeks ago I sold my level 60 rogue account to some guy.. I don't remember his aim name or anything.. but now today he just filed a dispute thing with paypal saying i never gave the account information to him. But I did give it to him at the time when i received money... so basically this guy is trying to scam me right? i have his email if that will help.. im not sure if im allowed to post it though.

what should I do?

Unless Paypal is retarted, they won't refund the money back to him. Because he did send it 4 weeks and ago and just today he claims that you never gave it to him...uhh no logic there..

yeah, thats exactly what im thinking.. so you think it will end in my favor? and if he does win it.. exactly what will happen, becuase no have no funds in paypal at the moment... or is there any way I can fight it if he wins?

if anyone knows anything about this please help me, this totally bites.

as a lawyer I can help u with what I know of internet law..first off never forget to save all of your aim convos I use dead aim to save them but get some sort of aim logs and all the info on anyone you trade with especially cash. As for the dispute call paypal! and I dont mean send emails talk to a supervisor or represenative because they are the only ones who will know [censored] to do..I have had this happen I know...have any information you know of the guy and all information linked to your paypal account ask him to see the reasons filed and the story filed by the guy and see what he says, but first if the supervisor asks explain your story and obviously with the fact being he cant prove he tried contacting you about the product they can thus assume you had no knowledge of any of what he said happened in which case they will have to rule with you. contact me in my sig if u may need anymore help
