I lost 40 from a scam

This issue has already been solved thanks to the admins. I'm wondering if there is any way to get those 40 dollars back. Please help

I'm not a big fan of "give first get later" since that's how i got scammed the last two times. I only changed one number, and yes if he gave me the password i would've changed it. You might be thinking "lol you're lying" i still gave him the code since i thought being petty isn't a good move in this trade. The guy still scammed me and i have legit proof of him stating he never had the account and thanks for the money.
