I left wrong feedback

Yesterday i left a bad feedback to Qzarel i've talk to him on discord and we figure out that i was wrong and he did nothing to recover the account he sold me.
I'd like to change my negative feedback to positive 5 star, if possible.

Hello Admin, due to the buyer have confusion on their end, he did left me a negative feedback with out the conversation with me. that being say the account I was sold is twitter and no one will recover it, simply the buyer forgot credentials and blame me for being recover it. so I explained to him and its at the user fault.

Please "Remove" Negative Feedback for me (not change to netural) because I done nothing and it is his fault or it will ruin my reputation.
