only epicnpc handles that side of this site so you will need to wait for him to come online to finalize everything. It depends on what time of day you do it as it can possibly take up to 24 hours for it to be all finalized.

Go here http://www.epicnpc.com/payments.php, select the Epic Member upgrade for $3, since payment was already made it will skip the payment page and take you straight to the phone verification page where you're number is already entered. Just click start and you should get a automated phone call with your PIN. Enter that and you're done.
