Well, the name can be changed free of charge since you registered today. Admin usually visit help section at least once per day so drop here the name you want it to be changed to. There is a magnifier icon where you should search by member to see if the name is available .

I dunno about country but from my experience it’s doable only if you actually change the place you’re currently residing.
