What is the dispute about? I did not receive the original email of the maplestory account or the maplestory account and he is not giving me back my money . He has scammed me.
Other details / notes:
12 June i send him money. He says paypal has a 21 day hold up for him. Its end off at that yes.
13 June. I ask him to at least provide maplestory account access even if not the email. He says ok and than disappears for 2 days before i can receive it as he was not "available" to provide 2FA authetication so i could enter.
15 June. I ask him for a refund and than only he provides the maplestory account access. The username is [email protected]
19 June. I wake up to not being able to login into the account. I ask him, of course he is not gonna reply haha. I try using his paypal email he provided to login ([email protected]) and i use the same password he gave me previously. I can log in and it is the same account he provided. This guy did not change his password while scamming someone. I check the account, the keybinds are completely diffrent from how i play.. He has changed keybinds to his style basically playing the account now after scamming me. I think he assumed once the email is changed, someone will have to do 2FA on google autheticator again and luckily i dint have to.

Chat Log Screenshots (make sure username is visible, not display username): I have attached the entire chat logs that i copy pasted into pdf and the discord screenshots for the important details numbered 1-8. I also have a video going thorugh the entire chat in discord if needed but it is a huge file and i cannot attach here but can provide through mail.
Payment Screenshots (make sure the accused email is visible): [email protected]
Other proof: Him lying on the paypal report that i opened but, stating that we had done everything thorugh voice call on discord. You cannot delete voice calls logs or other people's messages on discord. LOL. Along with other lies.
Also him having changed the maplestory account linked email to his PAYPAL email. (this can only be shown through gif or video and that is too big to attach here, please send me a mail i can send to if the other evidence are not dammning enough)

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Just the maplestory account but not the email after 4 days of purchase and than he took back access after 3 days by changing the email linked to the account. At no time did i receive and email information orginal or whatnot.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Never recevied the email, had access to the maplestory account for 3 days.
