I Got Scammed While Buying A RS3 Account

The seller is Bowaa. I added his Skype joshua.hunner, and after talking over Skype for a few days we agreed on 1100m RSGP for his RS3 account. Then after my transfer of 1100m GP to his nub account, he unfriended me on Skype. The only thing he provided was the recovery questions that are not helpful at all in this situation. I was told EpicNPC is a relatively safe place to do such transaction, and this happened. I still have all of the Skype records.

At first he agreed using PayPal, but then he said only RSGP is accepted. Hope this can be resolved soon. I already got bullied by Jagex, and I do not with this happens again.

What should I do to prevent such things from happening again if I decide to purchase another account from your site?

Make sure you investigate the seller/buyer. Google usernames/emails/skype names/any info you find. Check other gaming websites with their usernames, look at feedback, or you can use a middleman.

joshua.hunner is a known scammer and banned on other sites.

If you're paying with an ingame item or gold, you have to make sure the seller is legit because if something happens, you can't get your items back.

I suggest using a MM in the future.
